We're thrilled to announce that our next game, [I Feel Fine](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2150850/I_Feel_Fine/), is coming out this year! I Feel Fine is developed by studio, [Secret Lab](https://secretlab.games), written by Eisner Award-winning writer [Ryan North](https://www.ryannorth.ca/), powered by [Yarn Spinner](https://yarnspinner.dev), and funded by [Screen Tasmania](https://screen.tas.gov.au/home):
I'm thrilled to share that we'll be part of [Level Up Tasmania 2024](https://www.screen.tas.gov.au/leveluptasmania), a fantastic celebration of our local game development industry. This event, running from September 27-29, 2024, showcases the creativity and innovation thriving right here in Tasmania.

**Great news! You'll be dead in three days.**
The main showcase will unfold at PW1 in Hobart on Friday and Saturday, featuring over 30 Tasmanian-made games. It's a rare opportunity to see the breadth of talent we have in our state, all under one roof! Come along? [Tickets are free and available now.](https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/level-up-tasmania-video-game-showcase-tickets-1004245855387?aff=oddtdtcreator)

Here's the situation. You're a tourism information robot aboard a space station orbiting Jupiter. An asteroid will hit the station in three days, destroying it and everything on it. And you're bolted to the floor.
On Sunday, the [Industry Day](https://www.screen.tas.gov.au/leveluptasmania/industry_day) at the Theatre Royal's Studio Theatre will offer deeper insights into game development. I'm thrilled to be moderating a panel on "Path to Play: Education & Gaming" at 10:20am, featuring some of our industry's brightest minds. And, later, at 12:30pm, Jon Manning and I will be sharing our journey "From Secret Lab to Yarn Spinner." We'll be talking about how our open-source tool, Yarn Spinner, born right here in Hobart, has gone on to impact game storytelling worldwide. You need to [register separarely for Industry Day, but it's also free](https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/level-up-tasmania-2024-industry-day-tickets-1004907564577?utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&utm-medium=discovery&utm-term=listing&utm-source=cp&aff=ebdsshcopyurl)!

Don't worry, though. The insurance payout will more than cover the company's costs, and in the meantime, you've got tourism duties to perform.
Here's when you can catch the action:

I Feel Fine is a new adventure game written by Ryan North (MARVEL's Unbeatable Squirrel Girl, Romeo And/Or Juliet, Destiny 2) and built by Secret Lab (Night in the Woods). Talk to people, find out who they are, and try to get one of them to free you before it's too late.
**Showcase:**
- Friday, September 27: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, September 28: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Features:
* A hilarious, bittersweet, and emotional story
* Meet a huge range of characters, from the universe's third-richest person, to a talking dog who's looking to hitch a ride, to a... literal ghost?
* Make careful use of the time you have left to try and persuade someone to free you from certain doom
* Explore multiple endings: find romance and escape to the stars, steal someone's place in the escape pod, or simply get hit by an asteroid and see what that's like
**Industry Day:**
- Sunday, September 29: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
