PA-Bench Paper

This is a work-in-progress paper on PA-Bench.

Goals:

• Submit a 1-2 page abstract to RECOMB-Seq by March 26.
• Write a short paper on PaBench for BioArxiv. Maybe we eventually also submit this somewhere but that is not a primary goal.

Usage

Read it by opening the markdown files as raw or rendered in some viewer, such as Markdown Viewer.

Enable auto-reload and mathjax rendering for convenient on-the-fly rendering.
