Changed base path for backoffice pagopa client
Motivation and Context
The base path for client has been changed by backoffice. So It has been necessary to regenerate endpoints for retrieving list of partners.
How Has This Been Tested?
The branch has been deployed in DEV environment and the development has been tested through dashboard frontend.
