Step 4 - Indicating contracts located at Provider

The initial part of the Step 4 suggest copying the consumer contracts to the provider folder, however the Provider verification test points out the consumer folder.

This change makes the code point out to the copied file.

For now, we'll hard code the path to where it is saved in the consumer test, in step 11 we investigate a better way of doing this.

I will add a link to include rationale for sharing it locally prior to setting up automation and a pact broker, for ease of debugging

Think it would be good here to use a PACT_URL env var and read the path from the command line
