Remove CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE values that do not work when building Z3

The only values that work when Z3 is built, e.g. when ENABLE_TEST_TOOLS=ON is configured, are these, checked for by Z3 cmake: Debug;Release;RelWithDebInfo;MinSizeRel Signed-off-by: Andy Fingerhut <[email protected]>
