In order to test the dynamic cap price feeds must be synthesized to reproduce in the oracle all possible states of our system. There have to be times where liquidity is thick but price is low, price is high but liquidity is low, they are both high, where there are sudden price changes, and when there are sudden liquidity changes.
To do that we need to generate out own mocks. This here is the first steps of doing it for the uniswap feed.
But more importantly, this must be done for the Balancer V2 oracle feeds because that is what Overlay shall be launched with in the beginning.
