Added sh module for better shell integration and some practical utility functions on the string object

Fixed a bug when parsing mulitline comments in Lua

Lua comments on target functions are automaticly parsed as help messages

Added string:split and added more documentation

The Edge of Human

Added a -f option to specify a blade file that is not called "Bladerunner". In addition there is some small bug fixes and lots of code cleanup

More Human then Human

Setup and teardown function will now receive a target argument containing a string with name of target that will be executed.

The Edge of Blade

Targets are now sorted by name in the automatic help message.

Tears in Rain

Fixed documentaion, added an example file, and added runner.system to execute shell commands without restrictions when needed. See documentation for more information
