Secondo il dizionario Treccani, progettualità è un termine non comune che significa "Tendenza, propensione a fare progetti, a ideare, a programmare; attività del progettare". Non c'è ragione di usarlo in luogo di progetti se non per risultare burocraticamente ampollosi. Uniformo gli apostrofi.

Propongo quindi di modificare il testo informativo nel modo che vedete. Ne ho approfittato anche per uniformare gli apostrofi.
