Geant4 model of OSCAR

• implemented new objects in CAD with parallel worlds:

  • New target chamber
  • Target frames on the wheel
  • SiRi
  • Outer part of frame / support structure

• geometry and output name/dir is now adaptable by macros, see commands in /OCL

• small changes to default geometry of already existing parts (especially housing of detector)

• change analysis scripts to mix of "old" CPP and python with ompy

• added submission scripts for response matrix calculations of fram
