This is a major overhaul of what Sebastian did. I also replaced him as MAINTAINER with "The OSCAR team", pointing to our mailing list.
I am not sure if anybody is interested in this at all, but we do reference it on our website and recommend people to use it, so I think we should make sure it keeps working (and ideally appointed one of the people we employ to keep maintaining it in the future).
