Fix sporadic fails in disable_boot_menu_timeout

Although the error is in disable_grub_timeout where the problem seems to be is in access_booting_options, sporadically we click on that link but the event is not triggered because the screen (Installation Settings) is busy and we don't reach the next step.
I believe that is why you still see the sporadic in your verification runs.

This is more like the normal sending key issue on openQA automation, firstly ensure the key send out, then confirm system received the key, then system will react to change to next page.
