Change tabs to spaces
Update to latest oss-parent version 9
Exclude from launch4j abeille as it contains two dependencies not
available in central and not needed here for the build.
Update maven-plugin-api to 3.2.3
Updated junit to 4.11
Updated maven compiler plugin to 3.2
Updated maven-project-info-reports-plugin to 2.7
Updated maven-javadoc-plugin to 2.10.1
Updated maven-surefire-report-plugin to 2.17
Updated maven-assembly-plugin to 2.5

Main goal behind this update was really the exclusion of dependencies from launch4j that are not available in central. Beyond that, just updated this to more recent items that required no changes to source code. Verified build and site generation.

Just pushed new version - 1.7.1 - it should be available soon in Mavent Central

I verified this works as expected on 4 separate builds. Thanks again for quickly addressing this. The faq for dsol jar can also be removed as this new exclusion covers it.
