Fix #5039: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy content should still be left-aligned, even if the app is in an RTL language

Explanation

Fixes #5039, passed new variable called supportLtr only for Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to show text in LTR mode for same, when app is in RTL mode.
