Add an openzfs-2.3 compatibility file for the next release. While there are no compatibility difference between Linux and FreeBSD for 2.3 symlinks for the -linux and -freebsd names are created for any scripts expecting that convention. Stage zpool compatibility file for 2.3 release branch.
Description
Add an openzfs-2.3 compatibility file for the next release.
While there are no compatibility difference between Linux and FreeBSD for 2.3 symlinks for the -linux and -freebsd names are created for any scripts expecting that convention.
NOTE: This change additionally includes the "longname" feature with the exception that it should be finalized and merged soon. In this PR it is commented out.NOTE: This change additionally includes the "large_microzap" feature which is expected to fail until this PR is merged.How Has This Been Tested?
