This refactors the rules for grizzly-http-server to use the chained transformations and also to be more generic. This allows us to remove the mule-http-service instrumentation altogether as its custom grizzly setup is now supported directly from grizzly-http-server.
This also addresses #551 (comment) and leaves only the
dynamicrule not supporting chaining.
