Description

This is a follow-up PR after #208 to support algorithm parameters in skipping index SQL statement. Currently this is only applied to ValueSet and will be useful for BloomFilter skip type in future. Updated user manual: https://github.com/dai-chen/opensearch-spark/blob/configure-value-set-limit-in-ddl/docs/index.md#skipping-index
