Downstream plugins depending on this would love this version bump to be merged so they can clear out months-old pending PRs. 😃

For some reason, I can't re-run the tests in this PR. But I saw common-utils PR is merged. So I'm approving this PR with a good faith :)

Yeah, the GHA retry times out after 30 days. You can check out the PR branch (one-liner with gh at the code link!) git commit --amend and git push -f to re-trigger it (and buy another 30 days). Or I just added the workflow-dispatch trigger to our CI runs to allow us to manually run the workflow on the selected branch.

All of which wouldn't be needed if merging of upstream was more prompt. I've taken to nagging them every release.
