Flaky testRelocateWhileContinuouslyIndexingAndWaitingForRefresh test: Enable trace logs on replication and recovery

Description

This changes enables trace logging on replication and recovery package for testRelocateWhileContinuouslyIndexingAndWaitingForRefresh test. This test currently fails due to documents not present on target primary shard post shard relocation.
