Update skip version to match branches

Description

Since we merged #11209 we would need to fix the skip version to match the BWC tests

@harshavamsi should we bring back 340_keyword_doc_values.yml to run tests for bwc version prior to 2.12.0 ? It seems like we have removed test completely
