[Remote Store Migration] Evaluate modifying index settings to have remote store details

To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

Index setting have remote store details when first primary shard starts migrating to remote store backed node. After all shards migrate , we change the Replication type.

Till then Replication type along with index settings would be used to differentiate the migrating , migrated indices.
