This is a new release of the draft OGC CityGML 3.0 Encodings.

The XML schemas and example datasets reflect the latest changes to the CityGML 3.0 Conceptual Model as proposed with the 3.0.0-draft.2019.04.09.1 release of the Conceputal Model.

All example CityGML 3.0 datasets have been created using the free an open-source tool citygml2-to-citygml3. This tool allows for easily and automatically converting existing CityGML 2.0 datasets to CityGML 3.0. The version v0.4.0 of the tool already implements all changes of the 3.0.0-draft.2019.04.09.1 release.
