  1. Update on-boarding process communication channels 

    Proposing to primarily welcome new contributors to the forum rather than Slack as per discussion in OFN EU on Slack. Slack workspace has become more appropriate for daily contributors where less involved contributors get lost in the chat stream. The community forum allows for easier on-boarding.
