The reason is to allow 3rd party command providers to reuse this test by supplying a different data provider.

Looking good, I have approved the sister PR openeuropa/task-runner-changelog#1 and a 1.0.0 release is made of the spun off project. What's left to do here is to add a dependency on the child project so existing users will not lose the changelog command. |
