[Forked from #609] Add ICMP type/code and packet length matches. (#798)

Add support of the packet length and several protocols filter. Add ICMP field in IPv4 and IPv6 packets

* Add ICMPv[46] type and code defininitions, update ICMPv[46] match.

* Remove protocols list and maintain single protocol field.
