Added pentad analysis.
Improvements to definition of sample comparisons, now uniform for all rules described in the sample table.
Small improvements all around, for example, insulation calculated for all window sizes at once, and pileups for dots/TADs/boundaries can be switched on or off.
Refactored into multiple separate rule.smk files and a much leaner Snakefile.
