Next major release of Open Forms

This release will remove deprecated functionality and will include breaking changes. You will still be able to upgrade existing 2.8 instances to 3.0, but manual conversion actions in existing forms may be necessary.

An (incomplete) overview of things that will be removed is tracked in #3283.
