Had auth issues happening between github and Circle CI with the Free version. Support suggested to use a single user like a "bot" to trigger all of the Circle CI builds. Hence the new github workflow to trigger the circleci build.

Seems to work nicely and have integrated with our slack now too.

- Circle CI badge.
- Moved tests from github workflows to circleci.
- Renamed circle ci yaml ext name.
- Fixed syntax for use context.
- Removed unsupported circle ci image key.
- Removed deprecated key.
- Added ssh fingerprints.
- Added names to the service images.
- Added github action to trigger circleci build with access token.
- Updated success template for slack notify.
