One easy way to install `make` on Windows:

want to clone this repo into your Linux file system, install `make` under your Linux distro
(if necessary) and then execute your make commands from the WSL command line (accessible via
`wsl` in PowerShell, or by opening the Linux terminal directly).

However, if for whatever reason you do want to install `make` on Windows, this is an easy way:

1. Install the [Chocolatey](https://chocolatey.org/install) package manager
2. Run `choco install make` in an elevated command prompt
