Could I be helped de-mystify the OmePATH error:
"OSEA(stats_table = stats_table, score_col = score_col, mapper_file = mapper_file, :
object 'stats_val' not found"
I am working on a dataset with 3 time points. My KO-gene-based enrichment analysis with OmePATH works wonders with 2 of the time points, however, the third time point is giving me this ^^^ error. I have plenty of differentially abundant genes and my input pathway-mapper file and commands code are the same as the other 2 time points. Since the error is unclear I am not sure if I have no pathways that are found enriched in this time point (not likely true as both ALDEX and DESEq2 suggest a good number of enriched genes) or is this a bug in the code or something else is going on... Could I get some help understanding the error please?
Thank you
