Improve Error Handling

- Wait For Page URL
Make sure we end up on the expected page.  If the session id is invalid,
for example, we'll end up on the login page.

- Check For Needed Scopes Scope
Check that we have the web and visualforce scopes so we can load the
OmniStudio LWC compiler pages.

- Reload FlexCard Compiler Page Upon Aura Error
Check for error messages in the #auraErrorMessage div.
