In order to make sure everyone is on the same page, I have added a section to our group guide on meetings and expectations around them.

Would appreciate feedback from @ocean-transport/members. If you have no comments, please leave a 👍 to let me know you understand these expectations.

Sounds good. That being said, I was invited to the joint group meetings under my UW account ([email protected]). I no longer have control over this account, so I can't change my response, which is currently defaulted as "attending". Could you remove this email from the group calendar?

Also the Abernathey Group invite does not allow you to RSVP. I think it just appears on my calendar because I'm subscribed.

One last comment, I get duplicate calendar events for the Joint Group Meetings because (1) I am invited via email and (2) I am subscribed to the calendar (which does not allow RSVP). I feel like if this system is to work, the calendars probably need to be cleaned up a bit.

Thanks for the feedback. The new stuff is mostly about one-off meetings rather than the recurring group meeting. I don't think RSVPs are needed for the group meetings.

I will remove you UW email from the group meeting.

Can we get a color scheme for different meeting categories? As it is, I see red and think "mandatory" but almost everything including "Coffee Break" are currently red.
