Import branch from MAxO to HPO

Create a branch
Add term to src/ontology/maxo_terms.txt
For example: MAXO:0000003
Run command: sh run.sh make refresh-maxo
Open Protege and check that the branch was added and looks okay
Commit and create a Pull Request
