Add references to the paper to the documentation

Addresses #16.

• added header comment, references, converted annotations referencing the paper to doc strings
• deleted Test.lean file because it seems irrelevant

there are 2 issues left:

• references are not rendered nicely, even in mathlib documentation itself (example)
• headers are rendered as if they were of the same level, at least for me locally
