Closes #1803. Adds a term for mouth rinse specimen, with the label "oral lavage fluid" (intended to align with pre-existing term "nasal lavage fluid"; use of the word "lavage" vs "rinse" was approved in #1803). Also adds "lavage specimen" as a parent term for specimens collected via lavage. Also updates "nasal lavage fluid" to be a subclass of "lavage specimen".
