Closes #1785. Adds snmCT-seq assay term as discussed on 2024-07-15 OBI dev call. The diff on the assay module looks huge, as somehow the assay module was not included in the language tags update, so it's showing the language tags diff here. I'll be opening a separate pull request to fix the language tags issue shortly, so after that one is merged, the diff here should look better.
