NTR: routes of administration

Randi requested a set of route-of-administration terms for IEDB. This spreadsheet lists the terms, definitions (reviewed by Randi), and axioms. I am working on this now and am planning to pull request for this issue within the next couple weeks. Please feel free to share any comments/concerns about anything in the spreadsheet before I do so.

Hi Sebastian, thanks for doing this! One thing I noticed is that some of the IEDB terms include an abbreviation in parentheses such as "Intracarotid (i.c.)". I think we want to make those abbreviations alternative labels within OBI; I have read and heard biomedical people referring to e.g. ic or ip or subq which can be really hard to understand, so having these as synonyms will be beneficial.
