Add the part of municipality from Wallonia to the CSV output, as people usually give this information instead of the municipality name when they type their address (see openaddresses/openaddresses#5873).

The "postname" field available for Flanders/Brussels is not exactly the same as it is an aggregation of multiples names, e.g.:

101669.12,179169.21,50.92083,3.68139,205004,,67,44020,,,Gavere,9890,,Asper/Baaigem/Dikkelvenne/Gavere/Semmerzake/Vurste,69428,,,Nijverheidsstraat,BE-VLG,current

Here it would be useful to have a field which contains only "Dikkelvenne" as this is the name a person would give.

Thanks, I'll have to look into it because the Python scripts aren't used anymore (all Java now)

Current situation is a bit suboptimal:

  • Walloon Region does provide the names of former municipalities (i.e "submunicipalities"), but not the names for postal codes
  • Flanders Region does not provide the names of former municipalities, it does provide postal names but as a concatenated string (so a postal code used in multiple locations will generate a somewhat unusable string with slashes)
