That's so funny, the CI passes because the integration tests don't actually test the API right now, and that step failed because of some issue with the security library. So cool >:) |

OK this time maybe I got it.
This adds an integration test framework(?) with Github Actions and instructions for using it. It's actually compatible with
act
as well!There's currently a test in there that directly talks to the DB. We still wanna delete that, yea?
