Add config flow integration for Home Assistant and fix bugs

Change auto_reconnect behavior during initial connection to allow config flow integration with home assistant
Fix bug with power state on not reported
Fix bug with Mute state not reported
Overall code improvement
Minimum Python 3.6 required (previously 3.4)
