Added pydoc strings to last couple of python scripts.
Molly: There is a bunch of stuff in remove_duplicate_files.py here that is referencing MOD09GA stuff. Is it correct to say these are cut-and-paste leftovers from some original script that was working on MOD09GA files? Shouldn't this be purged from here? If so, can you do it?
