nosetests error has not been failing when nosetests failed for python 3.12 errors that are throwing ModuleNotFoundError on import imp from nose. Changing the pmesdrEnv from nose to updated patched pynose.
The projections we use always expect longitudes in the range of -180 to 180 so there is no need for a dateline test
