fix(intellij): remove old genui option & catch error

[MaxKless]

does two things:

• remove the old generate ui as an option from intellij. The new UI is stable and should be used
• catches an error during generate ui startup. This in itself will probably not fix any issues directly but will prevent ide errors and might be a partial fix for Nx Console Generate (UI) tab displaying raw HTML instead of generator options UI in Webstorm #2160 (which I cannot repro myself)
