-- connect to `AtomCenteredBasisSet` via `LocalizedBasisSet`
-- structure the APW basis set by l-channel
-- build up each l-channel from `APWWavefunction`s that define the actual orbitals
-- specialize from `APWWavefunction` into `APWOrbital` and `APWLocalOrbital`
- Extend `Mesh` to include spherical and cylindircal spaces
