Note: This PR has the raw changes we did on the MCH2022 Camp.

It introduces two new features:

You can select the mode and settings combined for all device types at once if you wish all devices behave the same
Also it add select boxes where you can select the supported "static-color" and "ctrl values" instead of those beeing sliders :)

These are just the raw changes from the PI so far so we don't loose them. I should make this pretty before we review/merge it :)
