This PR creates a docs website similar to react-wrap-balancer. The code is not good but it works.
I first use solid-spring but it does not work in SSR solidjs-community/solid-spring#4
BTW - I encounter a problem with valid dom nesting in solidjs SSR - and solve it - see solidjs/solid-start#639
