Testing releases on old versions of Python is a burden I would like to minimize so I would like to start off the next(4.3) release with only supported versions of Python. Python 3.9 is still supported but is EOL in October of 2025. I do not expect to release Jep 4.3 until at least October of 2025 so I am thinking we should target only Python 3.10 and later.
