BSIPA 3.12.10

• Re-enabled updater, now interfacing with BeatMods
  • Can be globally disabled via the config option AutoUpdate
• Fixed concurrency in StdoutInterceptor
• no-update now actually prevents updates (it didn't before?)
• Debug messages now can show source file instead of method when showing call source
• Installer will now refuse to install older version over newer one
