A quick and dirty update to add support for Nextcloud. I would like to completely revamp the way Aegis works, and will do so when I have the time. Architecturally, this can be a lot cleaner.

• Requires PHP 8.3 or newer.
• Adds support for Nextcloud.
• Adds automatic filtering for jobs, so that jobs that have a different destination are ignored. Running backup:nextcloud will ignore jobs that have destination of local or dropbox, for example.
