This adds a convenience method for determining whether the session date is due to happen.
This can be used to figure out the dates for the session that are upcoming.

This updates the GOV.UK Notify personalisation to include all the session dates. I've already updated all the templates in GOV.UK Notify to use these new personalisation variables.
