On modern versions of macOS, it will prompt users about any applications downloaded from the internet. This PR adds a note about this behavior, while also fixing a few names, notably "File Explorer" being replaced with "Finder" and having users copy the app to the "Applications" folder instead of anywhere on the Mac.
